Retired, 100% Disabled American Veteran, Dependent ID cards, Marriage, Divorce and Children updates. ID Cards require two forms of ID (Primary and Secondary). Primary: Valid Driver's License, State ID, Passport Card or Book. Secondary: Social Security Card, Birth Certificate or another valid primary form. Updating Marriage: Marriage Certificate, Social Security Card, Valid Primary Form. Updating children: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card. Stepchildren: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card and Marriage Certificate. Updating Divorce: Divorce Decree

I went to the base to have my CAC renewed for the 2nd or 3rd time now and was (as always) treated with respect and kindness, the staff serving me was excellent, knowledgeable, and very quick to get the job done. My wait time was minimal and overall I enjoyed the experience. Thanks to All at the 144th.
