The best and fastest service I've had for an ID in a very long time. From a random Captain walking me all the way to the ID office (which he didn't have to) to the Civilian gentleman and the female NCO in the office. My appointment wasn't until 2:00 pm but I arrived early being I drove from Turlock up North at 1:00 pm and told them that I will wait for my time and they took me in early and was out if there in about 15 - 20 minutes. I was getting a Retired ID card from a Reserve Retired ID card. The gentleman that was processing my ID was very nice and funny. Best customer service. Thank you 144th Fighter Wing Customer Service.

All were very friendly and accommodating. We had delays entering the base, because of the new Threat Con B, and they still made room for us to complete DEERS & Spouse ID card. Thank you so much to the Gate Guards and ID Service desk.
