One appointment is required per person/ID Card creation/DEERS update. All customers MUST have a valid and non-expired military issued ID to enter the installation. The 144th FW Customer Service Office will not provide an escort onto the installation.

I drove 1 hour and 10 minutes and was told I needed an escort with a active CAC, mine is expired. When I set up the appointment I was clear as to why I needed a new CAC and I was not told about bringing an escort. I'm still in the reserves, have a valid ID, etc. Maybe make sure you're telling people what they need to bring to appointments. I'm not getting reimbursed for time or money. Every time that I've gone here before the service has been excellent and it's very easy to find what you need.
