Our Booking PolicyOne appointment is required for all DEERs Transactionas. All customers MUST have a valid and non-expired military issued ID to enter the installation. The 144th FW Customer Service Office will not provide an escort onto the installation.

Services

Common Access Card (CAC)

30 mins

**In order to maintain our schedule and provide timely service to all customers, we have a 10-minute grace period for appointments. Arrivals beyond this grace period will require rescheduling**

Getting your Common Access Card (CAC) is simple. You must bring original versions of documents. Here's a breakdown:
1. Two Main IDs (one primary and one secondary):

Primary ID (choose one):
- Valid Driver's License
- US Passport (Book or Card)
- Valid State-issued ID

Secondary ID (choose one):
- US Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Or a second ID from the primary list above.

Each appointment is for one CAC only.

USID Cards

30 mins

**In order to maintain our schedule and provide timely service to all customers, we have a 10-minute grace period for appointments. Arrivals beyond this grace period will require rescheduling**

Getting a Retired, 100% Disabled American Veteran, or Dependent ID is easy! You must bring the original documents, not photocopies. Here's a breakdown:

1. Two Main Forms of IDs (one Primary and one Secondary):

Primary ID: Choose one of these:
- Valid Driver's License
- State-issued ID Card
- Passport (Card or Book)

Secondary ID: Choose one of these:
- Social Security Card
- Birth Certificate
- Or another document from the Primary ID list above.

2. Additional Documentation:
- Marriage Certificate
- DAV Letter (Verification letter of Benefits of Service)
- DD214

3.Adding Children / Stepchildren:
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Social Security Card
- ID/ Driver License if 18+
- Marriage Certificate (for stepchildren)

Update your marriage, divorce, and/or add children or wards.

Required Documentation *MUST BE ORGINAL*
Updating Marriage: Marriage Certificate, Social Security Card, Valid State ID/Driver License.
Updating Divorce: Divorce Decree
Updating Children: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Valid State ID/Driver License if 18+. Stepchildren: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card and Marriage Certificate, Valid State ID/Driver License if 18+.

About
